Kevin Coleman

Assistant Coach, LaSalle University Men's Soccer

Kevin starts his second season as an assistant coach at La Salle. Coaching runs in Coleman’s blood as his father roamed the Explores sideline for 20 year’s and Coleman was also a standout player at La Salle graduating in 2005. In 2004-05 he earned NSCAA All-American Third team, Atlantic 10 First-Team, while also earning a spot on the Philadelphia Soccer Seven Team All-star team. Kevin led the team in points with 14 that year tallying six assists and four goals. Coleman was also a member of a defensively backfield that recorded seven shutouts. He also led his team to the Atlantic 10 Conference tournament for the first time in seven years. In 2003 he was named to the A-10 All- Rookie team and also earned Second Team A-10 in 2003. Following his graduation from La Salle University, Coleman played professionally for Virginia Beach of the USL 1 League. His prior club experience came in the ranks of FC Delco Arsenal, winning back-to-back National Championships, as well as playing for the Reading Rage of PDL. Coleman is currently working on a Masters in Education from La Salle University.
